RETURN POLICY

NOIR DE BL∆NCHE hopes that you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of purchase and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase. For all returns, except in the case where item(s) are faulty, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. It is strongly recommended that proof of shipping and tracking numbers are obtained as NOIR DE BL∆NCHE is not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted on products in its original condition.

SHIPPING POLICY

NOIR DE BL∆NCHE ships within Canada & internationally.
NOIR DE BL∆NCHE uses Canada Post to ship all packages.

International customers are responsible for all customs & duties charges.

Please allow 2-4 days for packages to be dispatched and an additional 7-10 days for delivery. Packages usually arrive within 5-7 days, though postal and custom delays may occur.


SHIPPING RATES

Canada: $3.50 for the first piece and $3.00 for each additional piece.
International: $10 for the first piece and $3.00 for each additional piece.
